Hy Philips of the Flat Iron helps California nab Riley, who denies the deed. Philips tells Riley to get out of the valley or he and other ranchers will drive him off. Hoppy soon reveals that Dade himself is behind a ranch-grabbing scheme. "When a friend becomes a proven killer, friendship ends," Hoppy says at the end. [Fox]
